How will I know if there are updates to listings?
How can I get notified about updates to listings?
Spokeo’s "Get Updates" feature can notify you when new information is available.
Once you turn the feature on for a specific report, you will get updates when we find:
- New social media activity
- New contact information
- New addresses listed
- Any other report changes
Simply click the Get Updates button on a profile you want to monitor.
If you don’t see the Get Updates button on a profile, click the 3 dots next to “More” on the upper right-hand side of your report. A drop-down menu appears. Select “Get Updates.”
To view updates, click the down arrow to the right of your avatar icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Spokeo page.
When the drop-down menu appears, select “My Updates.” This will take you to your dashboard.
All updates to the reports you’re monitoring will conveniently appear in your dashboard. View the complete list of monitored people and addresses by choosing from the four options in the left-hand column.
If you no longer wish to receive updates, you can also deactivate them. Simply return to the report for that person and click the 3 dots next to “More” and select “Stop Updates” or click the “Stop Updates” link directly on the profile.
