How do I reset my password?

Reset your Spokeo password

We understand that you may need to reset your password for security purposes or because you are having trouble logging in. To do so, please follow the steps below:

Login Trouble

  1. Go to www.spokeo.com.
  2. Click Login in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Click the “Forgot Your Password” link
  4. Enter your email address
  5. Check the “I'm not a robot” box, and follow the security questions. An email will then be sent to finalize your password reset.

 Security Concerns

  1. Go to www.spokeo.com and log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to your Account by clicking on the arrow next to your avatar in the upper right-hand corner and selecting Account from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select "Edit" under the Account Overview section
  4. Click "Change password" and enter the required information
  5. Finalize the process by clicking "Change Password"
