To activate 2SV in your Spokeo account, please follow these steps:
- Go to www.spokeo.com
- Click “Login” in the upper right-hand corner.
- Once logged in, click on the down arrow next to the profile icon in the upper right hand corner and select “Account”
- On the Account page, scroll down to the “Login & Security” section.
- There you’ll see a box that says “Make your account more secure.” Toggle from off to on to activate the feature.
When turning on 2SV, please follow the instructions on the page. You will be asked to choose a verification method and add the details of that method (phone number or email address).
While you’re only required to choose one method, having two methods will ensure you protect your account further and help in situations where you can’t access one of the methods.
