How do I change Spokeo for Business user privileges?

Account administrators can make changes to user and manager accounts.

From the main dashboard, click “Team Members” on the side menu to the left

Click on the three horizontal dots next to his/her record, then click on "Edit Member's Profile"

Click the dropdown menu below “Account Type” to select either “Standard User” or “Manager” role
