How can I view my receipt or get an invoice?

If you are looking for receipts or invoices for Spokeo payments, our Customer Care department can handle that for you! Give us a call, send us an email, or chat with us to request a receipt or invoice.

To download a receipt, please follow these instructions:
1. If on a mobile device, select the three stacked lines in the upper right hand corner. If on a computer, select the downward arrow next to the silhouette in the upper right hand corner.
2. Select "Account" from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll down to the "Manage Account" section and click "Update" by "Billing Information". This will lead you to a separate page where you can view your payment info and billing history.
4. Click on "Download Receipt." 
Please note that receipts for charges older than 90 days are unavailable at this time.
