How do I remove my criminal record from Spokeo?

We are only able to remove criminal court records that have been expunged or sealed.

If your record has already been expunged or sealed, you can either fax or email us a copy of the court order of expungement at:

Spokeo reserves the right to verify the validity of the order and/or make additional inquiries to you or the court. The case number on the court order of expungement must match the case number for the underlying court case on our website. We also ask that you please allow up to 10 days for processing.
