Spokeo for Mobile App- FAQ’s
The Spokeo for Mobile App lets you search for people conveniently from your smartphone, and it is currently available for Android devices only. It provides many of the same features as the Spokeo website, with a few key differences to keep in mind.

Who can use the app?
The Android Spokeo for Mobile App is available to Spokeo customers with an active account that use the Android operating system on their device.
How can I download the app?
Downloading the app is easy, simply click on the following link from your mobile device:
What can I do in the app?
You can search for people by: Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Address.
After choosing a specific search type (Name, Email, Phone, or Address), please enter the search input. Please note that each search field is designed to accept only that specific type of information.
For example, if you select the Name search type, email addresses and addresses won’t be accepted.
The app also provides an Advanced Search filter when using the Name search. This helps you narrow down your results more precisely.
Will my results match the website?
Not always! Our web and mobile app interfaces are currently supported differently. We’re actively working to align the experience across both interfaces.
How Does Search History Work?
The mobile app keeps track of your past searches in a section called My Recent Searches. Here’s what you should know:
- Currently, only searches performed in the app appear in My Recent Searches. Searches from the website won’t show up in the app, and vice versa.
- Currently, there isn’t a manual option to clear your search history. To clear it, you’ll need to log out of the app and sign back in.
Can I change my account information in the app?
You can’t update your account details in the app. If you need to make changes, just visit the Spokeo website and log into your account there.
Can I make purchases and manage my subscription through the app?
At this time, you can’t make a purchase or manage your subscription through the mobile app. You’ll need to access your account through the Spokeo website in order to do so.
