Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

We’re more than happy to help you tailor your subscription to fit your search needs! To upgrade your subscription, log in to your account and head to your Account Settings page. In the middle of the page, you’ll be able to view your subscription access - which includes your usage and quota. To upgrade your subscription, click the green button that says “Upgrade”. You’ll be taken to a payment page that shows you your available upgrade option(s). If you have any questions about upgrading, or if you’d like to downgrade your subscription, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
