Having trouble logging in to your account? Recovering your login information is easy! First, go to the login page. Once there, click on “Forgot Your Password?”.
To reset your password, enter the email address you used to sign up for Spokeo and check the “I’m not a robot” checkbox. You may need to perform a quick quiz to further prove that you are not a robot. Once verified, an email will be sent to the email address provided with a link to reset your password
If you forgot which email address you used, enter the last four digits of the credit card used to sign up, the full name on the card, and the date of when the subscription was purchased. Once your account is located, your login email address will be partially shown on screen and an email will be sent to the email address on file with a link to reset your password.
